Order Processing

We’ll process and ship your order within 3 business days.

Shipping Within Ontario (Canada)

Once shipped, orders typically arrive 1 business day later via UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.

Shipping Outside Ontario (within Canada)

For other Canadian provinces, delivery generally takes a couple more business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We use UPS Worldwide Economy or other cost-effective options for international orders. 

Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days, depending on the country and whether duties/customs apply.

Please note: international delivery times are rough estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal services, or other factors.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send you the tracking information via email (or your preferred contact method), so you can follow its progress.
