1. Pricing & Payment
   Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

   Processing time is up to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Tracking will be provided once the order ships. We are not responsible for:
   • Shipping delays caused by carriers
   • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
     
     
3. Intellectual Property
   By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the design. We are not liable for copyright infringements caused by customer-submitted content.

   • Losses caused by shipping delays
     
   • Misuse of products
     
   • Minor variations in colour or print size due to screen differences or garment variations
